ISO / TC 219即国际标准化组织铺地物技术委员会涉及的产品包括弹性
铺地物，纺织铺地物和层压木地板铺地物，产品多以拼块、平铺或卷状的形
式为主，且均为预先制作，准备安装的铺地物。
涉及的产品还包括具有多层结构，并且让分块产品接合在一起以形成一
个更大整体结构的铺地物。但是不包括，用喷涂或浇注成型的铺地物，或是
陶瓷，金属或硬木铺地物。
效益

ISO / TC 219即国际标准化组织铺地物技术委员会担负着制定弹性铺地物，纺织铺地物与层压木
地板铺地物相关标准的任务，从而让国际标准取代以前所有的国家标准。自1999年ISO/TC 219成立
至今，已通过75项标准。
多年来，大多数工业化国家，要求有一个共同参考的基础来对弹性铺地物，纺织铺地物和层压木
地板铺地物进行生产、检验和测试，判定是否合格等等。

ISO/TC 219 covers resilient, textile and laminate floor coverings in tile, plank or roll form.
Only pre-fabricated floor coverings that are ready for installation are considered.
Included are floor coverings with a multiple layer structure and having worked edges that allow the
product to be joined together to form a larger integral unit.
Excluded are floor coverings that are applied by painting or pouring, or that are made of ceramic,
metal or hardwood.
ISO/TC 219 has the task of establishing International Standards for resilient, textile and laminate
floorcovering, superseding all previous national standards. Since the establishment of ISO/TC 219
in 1999 about 75 standards have been adopted.
Most industrialized countries have, for many years, used standards as a common basis of reference
for requirements in formulation, inspection and testing, conformity assessment and numerous other
requirements concerning resilient, textile and laminate floor coverings.
Using standard test methods and specifications enhances the confidence of consumers with respect
to performance, safety and quality of resilient, textile and laminate floor coverings.
The main benefit of ISO/TC 219 is therefore to provide a means for establishing consensus based
standards which can be used uniformly in worldwide trade.
Priorities of ISO/TC 219 are to make available International Standards in the domain of resilient,
textile and laminate floor covering,with respect to quality and technical requirements, safety aspects,
testing procedures and terminology.
ISO/TC 219 works together with other ISO technical committees, regional technical committees and
trade organisations.
